Suez Channel Reopened
 

The Suez Channel is the most important waterway for our Middle East and Asia business. Today, the channel opened again after a 7-day blocking. However, it will take several weeks to return to normal.

Therefore, make sure to order your ingredients, casings, and sundries earlier than usual for the time being.

Pepper Prices on the Rise
 
Prices for pepper have increased sharply, over 30% only this year. The main reason is lower available quantities due to unsupportive weather in the countries that we purchase from, mainly Brazil, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
