The strong, spicy flavour comes from Cumin, garlic, pepper, paprika and many other spices. Our blend contains all ingredients, and is ready-to-use.
The original Sucuk is offered in 3 different ways, in ring form (Kangal), in 2 parallel, individual sausages that are tied together (Parmak) or as a long, straight sausage that is best for slicing (Büfe). We offer edible collagen casings and a collagen replacing fibrous casing made by ViskoTeepak for efficient processing.
