Summer is here, and with that comes longer production times. This is why we would like to remind you to place your orders now, especially those orders that should arrive immediately after the summer season, in September.

• Pepperoni HOT Seasoning [liquid]. Concentrated [liquid] seasoning for Pepperoni sausage. Only 5 g/kg usage rate vs. 20 g/kg from rival companies.
• Boerewors. Seasoning with coarsely cracked coriander seeds and roasting aroma for the South African grill sausage speciality.
• FibreMaxx EF 200. EF is pea fibre which is a substitute for the potato fibre that is not freely available at the moment due to shortage of potato harvest in 2018 and a poor forecast for 2019. Pea fibre advantage vs. potato fibre: pea fibre is flavour neutral.
