We offer 3 qualities to choose from:

Fibrous N with limited meat adhesion (cling) for smoked and semi-dry sausages
Fibrous D with strong meat adhesion (cling) for dry, fermented sausages (Salami, Pepperoni)
Fibrous S with easy-peel coating for gentle casing peelability after cooking (Hams, Rolls, Cooked Meats)

The following conversions are available:

  • reels
  • tied pieces with safety loop
  • tied pieces with safety loop and clip
  • shirred strands of 25 and 30 m for automatic clipping machines
  • printing up to 7 colous is available, one or both sides

FriFlex 5-layer PE Casings

We offer 2 qualities to choose from:

FriFlex flexible, multi-layer PE casing for cooked, unsmoked sausages (Mortadella, Bologna, Cold Cuts etc.), available in 10 colours.
FriFlex SLICE flexible, multi-layer PE casing for sliced, unsmoked sausages, available in 3 colours for internal differentiation, with 25% price advantage over FriFlex. Developed for horizontal cooking, only.

The following conversions are available:

  • tied pieces with safety loop and clip
  • shirred strands of 25 and 30 m for automatic clipping machines

Cellulose Casings

We are offering a comprehensive range of cellulose casings, often described as skinless casings which are used for production of Frankfurter type sausages, Vienna's and Hot Dogs. We have many calibres in stock, ready for immediate delivery.
